Seated under a forest of shade trees on the banks of Bushkill Creek, Bushkill Park offered a hometown carnival atmosphere for over 100 years. During this time, the park hosted animals, a swimming pool, dare-devil acts, games and amusement rides, including a wooden roller coaster, a classic Pretzel dark ride, and the turn-of-the-century Barl of Fun, an old-style funhouse highlighted by mirrors, a huge slide and a revolving barrel.
